Full Co Ordination - We look after everything you can think of and then add our own specialties.

When hired to coordinate a wedding we set-up a profile for each client that indicates their tastes, likes and dislikes. Through regular meetings with us we can provide a variety of vendor options to suit your needs. Through these meetings the clients will be able to book all requirements necessary for the wedding. As the time grows nearer the meetings increase in regularity as so many aspects regarding the wedding must be covered.

We have very good working arrangements with top vendors and can get you the best possible service available within your budget.

We can help from the very beginning of applying for a marriage certificate to choosing the right location, music to full vendor details.

On your wedding day we have a full team to attend the whole occasion. From dressing the church and reception venue, we will add all the special touches as outlined in your Wedding day plan.

The exact fee will depend on the size of the wedding and level of organisation involved with a Starting Fee for Full Co Ordination begins at €2,000 euro , however a tailored package is available for you to choose from. Before you book our services, we will sit down with you and go through what is required, providing you with an estimate of our fees for each service. You are free to have us organise as little or as much of your wedding as you wish, from just booking vendors or the venue to leaving everything in our hands and having full on the day coordination.

50% deposit to be paid upon signing of contract.

Consultations

If you wish to organize most aspects of your wedding but need help and suggestions for other areas you may wish to benefit from an hour consultation, as we have broad experience of the business and will give you invaluable information.

Décor Service

Availing of our experienced team to decorate your church and venue we can change the tone and mood for your day and turn it really special.

We have a wide selection of items from Chair Covers, Candle Stands, Flower Stands, Carpet Runners, Centre Pieces, Candelabras, Vases, Floral Arrangement, Lighting Backdrop and lighting the room – which are just a few of the items we have on offer.

Fee for this service is priced per item hired.
