Sample Requests
- We do not produce mail-order catalogues. Samples can be produced following a consultation.
- please email us if you wish to receive a sample
Only one free sample can be provided - all other samples are charged at 4.00euro each.

Returns and Cancellations
- We do our best to make sure each item is printed exactly as it is ordered. Please contact us RIGHT AFTER ORDER SUBMITTED if you have a concern with your order. We can only cancel an order if it did not go into setup and production yet. Please note that some orders can reach printing in very little time. We do not cancel any orders after 24 hours regardless of the circumstances or the day of the week. We do not accept any refusal of packages containing orders.

Making Changes
- If you’ve sent your order and you’ve found you’ve made a mistake, please call us immediately. We will confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order or to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted.

  • Terms & Conditions
    Clifford Designs will not print any order until 70% of the payment has been received and the order has been approved by the client.
    Clifford Designs will not be responsible for errors of any nature that have occurred on signed mock ups.
    Clifford Designs will issue no more than 1 FREE set of mock ups per client. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have included correct information, spellings, dates, times etc.
    Clifford Designs will send orders via a postal service or courier chosen by us.
    All our designs are subject to slight changes from those advertised or from samples. We reserve the right to make minor changes to our designs to allow us to use best supplier paper.
    Clifford Designs will not be responsible for late receipt of items, caused due to issues outside our control ie postal delays
    Clifford Designs requires 4 weeks for printing from our receipt of order form.
    Full payment is required on collection or prior to delivery.
    Deposits are non-refundable. Any changes supplied to us after mock ups have been signed and approved can not be guaranteed to appear on final print out.
    Deposits are absolutely non-refundable. By entering into business with Clifford Designs, you agree to our terms and conditions as outlined above.

Order Cancellation

Ordering More
- Contact us immediately if you discover you need to increase the quantity. We will try to catch the order before it’s printed and cut to size. Consider ordering extra in case of mistakes or last minute additions. If your order cannot be stopped before it is printed, we will notify you, and you will be charged the new order price.
 
Payment
- We require 70% deposit on placing an order and  and the remainder on collection of stationery or prior to postage of final set.

Foreign Languages
- We can print any foreign language.
- When the letters are from the English alphabet you can there is no extra charge.

Overseas Orders
- We do provide international production, please contact our team at info@clifforddesigns.ie to get further details. - For overseas orders postage will vary.
